A         It is a construction activity which is operating in Northern Ireland for a period of 27 or more weeks in the relevant tax year. 

As a business, this means that levy will be a fairer system to all involved in the construction industry and CITB NI will collect a levy on the construction activities of your business if they are above the levy threshold.
