Q4 I have received an Annual Return Form, who should complete it and how do I complete it?

A         If you are an employer working in the construction industry in Northern Ireland for 27 or more weeks in the tax year, you must complete the annual Return form.  Please use the useful tips on completing your return online which will explain what is required.  Preferably, complete your annual Return form online at www.citbni.org.uk before the deadline on the last working day in August or alternatively download a PDF version of the form from our wbesite and return to CITB NI prior to the Return deadline.
