Applications for Leader in Construction 2017 Now Open

Applications open today for CITB NI's Leader in Construction Programme.
This programme will help support and nuture the skills you or your people need to succeed as a future leader in the construction industry. Coaching and practical workshops using construction specific examples will develop innovative, results-driven and inspiring leaders. A visit to the Leuven Institute (Brussels) will help broaden outlook, expand networks and help develop relationships bot locally and on a European level.

The programme will be delivered by Parity Professionals and will include 6 workshops covering a range of topics including: Leading Change for Growth, Strategic Planning and Market Assessment, Managing and Securing Financial Resources, Organisation and Project Management, Marketing and Managing Client Relationships and Communicating with External and Internal Stakeholders.
