Trainer Courses for Micro Construction Employers

Well trained employees are safer, better skilled, work faster and make fewer mistakes. Investing in long term approach to training will save time in the future as trained staff will be able to take on more responsibility – leaving you more time to think about developing your business.
With this in mind CITB NI is offering courses to help train individuals in developing and delivering short training sessions within a small construction company who employ less than 10 people.
These courses are free of charge to CITB NI registered employers and will provide an opportunity to have someone in your company trained on how to deliver training sessions.

These courses will focus on the needs of a small construction employer delivering training in-house.

By attending this course, individuals will gain knowledge of how to develop and deliver training sessions that will help raise the standard of in – house training.
