Survey results: High Satisfaction levels for CITB NI

Almost 80% of employers were satisfied with the overall service CITB NI has provided to their company and more than half completely satisfied according to the recent results of the Employer Tracking Survey which highlights results of approximately 100 telephone interviews with construction sector employers. 

 


 The survey also highlighted an improvement in awareness from previous year to 65% and that 81% of respondents are satisfied with the overall service CITB NI provides to the industry.
 
 82% of respondents feel it is important to maintain the levy and grants system in terms of the impact it has on maintaining the levy and quality of training across the construction industry as a whole – up from 69% in 2015. 

In support of CITB NI 72% of respondents believe that the levy and grant system should continue.
 
The survey will continue on an annual basis and CITB NI continually analyse results to help improve performance and support for the local construction industry.
