Qualifying the Exisiting Workforce

The 'Qualifying the Exisitng Workforce' Programme is now complete with no places left on the programme.

The  second phase of the ‘Qualifying the Existing Workforce’ programme was launched last year to qualify 1000 currently unqualified, experienced, employed construction workers to NVQ Level 2, helping to increase productivity and meet the industry’s skills challenge.

The programme was a joint initiative between CITB NI and the Joint Council for the Building and Civil Engineering Industry and is funded by the Department for Employment and Learning.
