NVQ Level 5 - funded business programme

CITB-ConstructionSkills NI in partnership with the Federation of Master Builders (FMB) and the Department for Employment and Learning (DEL) are offering a Pilot Group Programme approach to achieving an NVQ Level 5 in Management & Leadership and evidence towards Investors in People (IIP) accreditation. There has been a great level of interest in this programme and places are filling up quickly

This programme is targeted at experienced managers/business owners who currently manage individuals and/or teams who wish to implement good practice resulting in improved business performance and achieve a recognised National Qualification.

A few funded places still available - Programmes in Cookstown and Crumlin January-June 2014
The programme will provide:

• Essential management skills and expert one-to-one coaching on how to improve your business
• Valuable NVQ Level 5 Diploma in Management qualification at minimum cost
• Business Improvement Programme which will assist you to work with Investors in People to implement good practice in your business
• Recognised route to the CSCS Black Managers Card
• Meet like-minded people with similar challenges

Details
• Cost: £375 + VAT (usually £3,000) - NVQ5 and IIP Assessment costs included
• Plus £500 IIP Achievement Grant available to CITBNI registered companies on achievement of IIP
• You will need to be able to allocate 12 days over a period of 8 months (including half day Introduction workshop, 5 x 1 day workshops plus 3 days Advisory support)
• Locations: Crumlin and Cookstown
• Limited to 24 funded places
