General ISO Awareness Workshop

This session will provide delegates with an understanding of the requirements and structure of ISO standards. It will help those working with or responsible for ISO systems and certifications to get a better grasp of the standards and how to manage systems

The course includes key learning around the key background to ISO standards, the structure of ISO standards and what the requirements mean in practice.
