Appointment of a Chair to the Board of the Construction Industry Training Board Northern Ireland (CITB NI)
 
Closing date for applications is 12 noon on 29 April 2022
 
There is one post. It is planned to make the appointment from 1 July 2022 for an initial three year term.

The post currently attracts remuneration of £19,452.24 per annum plus travel expenses. The estimated total time commitment is approximately 6 days per month.
 
To be eligible for consideration, applicants must have industrial, commercial or educational experience and must meet five essential criteria:-
 

  • Leadership
  • Setting strategic direction
  • Communication and influencing skills
  • Ability to analyse information and make effective decisions
  • Corporate governance
 
The process involves an application form, eligibility sift and interview process. Appointments are made on merit and applications are welcome from all sections of society.
 
Applications from women, people with a disability and those from ethnic minority communities would be particularly welcome.
