CITB NI seeking Employer Support for General Construction Operative Training Programme

CITB NI is launching a free programme to train 15 new or existing construction site operatives which will help:

• Develop a skilled pool of labour – prepared for work
• Employers fill skills gaps and shortages
• Make recruiting new staff easier and simpler

 
The programme will provide training in 25 skill areas over 3 modules essential for the competent site operative.

How can employers help?

Employers who agree to participate in the programme will receive free publicity and acknowledgement. Commitment to supporting the programme is easy; all that is required is for you to agree to interview the programme participants at the completion of the training with a view to potential employment.
