CITB NI helping local construction businesses improve their skills in 2017

CITB NI are hosting a series of business improvement events to help develop commercial, management, sustainability and waste management in local construction companies.

The events will run from  January to June focusing on topics such as credit control, social media, Business Information Modelling, and waste management all led by an industry expert.

Barry Neilson, Chief Executive CITB NI said, “CITB NI wants to help local construction employers get the most for their business. With the focus on getting the job done, quite often best practice is not at the top of the agenda. Our Business Improvement Seminars are an informal way of providing relevant up to date information to the industry and also listening to what employers have to say. We are working hard to identify solutions to help employers survive and are keen to help and advise on the latest key training initiatives for the construction industry.”

The first Seminar is Credit Control and Managing a Family Business which will be held in Armagh City Hotel on Wednesday 18th January 2017.
