CITB NI – helping the Construction Undergraduate prepare for the Workplace

To work in the construction industry you need to be equipped with specific skills and information that relate to the workplace. CITB NI’s Undergraduate Development Programme develops skills which employers require for graduate level entry into the construction industry.
 
Commencing in November 2018 this programme covers:

  • Certificate in Controlling Health Risks – Construction (CCHR/C)
  • Craft Awareness – knowledge of onsite construction activities
  • Construction Project – practical element planning and delivering a project
  • Health & Safety – essential knowledge for the construction industry

Benefits to Employers:

  • Development of key skills essential for the construction site
  • Delivered FREE to registered employers who meet the terms and conditions of 2018/2019 grant conditions.
  • £100 employer grant payable per day on completion of the full course programme.

  • Combination of theory and practice
  • Experience of delivering a project from planning to completion
