Boost the Skills of your Workforce with Higher Level Apprentices

Do you want to boost the skills of your workforce? Consider Higher Level Apprenticeships and claim CITB NI grant.

Higher Level Apprenticeships (HLA's)allow employers to train staff to the level needed so they have strong technical and good employability skills.

HLA's currently offer qualifications  from level 4 to 6 and CITB NI has updated their training grant scheme to support construction employers whose staff embark on a HLA.
