Annual Levy Return Form 2020

Your 2020 Annual Return form will be arriving with you shortly.  Deadline for receipt of the completed Return is 4pm on 28 August 2020.  Don’t miss the deadline.  Complete the Return online NOW.

Grant forms will not be printed this year but are available to download from our website or you can claim online. Grants may not be paid over the 2020/21 training year if you miss the Levy Return deadline.
