2-Day Retrofit Course: Level 3 Award Energy Efficiency for Older Buildings

CITB NI are pleased to offer a subsidised 2-day retrofit course resulting in a Level 3 Award in Energy Efficiency for Older & Traditional Buildings.

Times: 9am-4.30pm each day

The course has been supported by Department for Communities Historic Environment Fund, and the course will offer the opportunity for construction professionals to gain and formalise their knowledge in the retrofit of older and traditional buildings to achieve a recognised qualification.

The course features both BSI PAS 2035 and PAS 2038 with examples of their use on traditional buildings. The course will be delivered by a co-author of these standards Prof John Edwards; who is also lead author of BS7913 – the British Standard for work to traditional and historic buildings. Participants will also receive a digital copy of his e-book, Retrofit of Traditional Buildings, for their reference. Places are limited, therefore early booking is advised.
