Northern Ireland students encouraged to build a career in construction............ Building Skills for the Future............ Success for local apprentices at national skills finals

Training. It's Good for Business

Let us help you build a better, safer, more profitable business through training.

People are essential tools on any construction project. Well-trained people are more likely to work safely and productively, make fewer mistakes and ultimately - drive profitability. When you're focused on delivering a project you don't always get time to look at the bigger picture. Important things like training can, understandably, take a back seat to the more pressing day-to-day issues such as meeting legislative requirements or delivering a job on time.

There are so many benefits to training - some immediate and some longer term - like quicker delivery, safer on-site practices and a healthier bottom line.

We're here to help you invest in your people  in a way which grows your business - invest in your people - for a better business, for tomorrow, not just today.

If you are a construction employer working in Northern Ireland find out how CITB can help keep your team in shape with advice and help on training, and grants to support it.
