2. Computerised Payroll


    • If your payroll is computerised and has the facility to produce an end of year report that shows the Gross Taxable Pay in this employment, please produce it.  This is not required for HMRC declaration, but will easily provide the gross payroll figure needed for the Annual Levy Return.

    • Ensure the report includes amounts for leavers during the year, not just staff currently employed
