CITB-ConstructionSkills Northern Ireland is committed to providing the highest level of care to our levy payers and other service users and welcomes complaints as a valuable form of feedback. If customers or service users are dissatisfied with CITB-ConstructionSkills Northern Ireland’s services then a complaint can be made using the Customer Complaints Procedure.
